Obsidian 7-Day Return Policy

At Obsidian, we want you to love your gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Tags and packaging must still be attached.

• Sale or final clearance items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at shopobsidianclothing@gmail.com or our "contact" website portal within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

3. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

Refunds & Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs, if applicable).

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange for a different size or color, let us know in your return request.

• Exchanges are subject to availability.
